This is the second time I get this question this weekend! And the fourth time I answer it in all.
A few months ago I even posted a link to the ebay seller, didn’t tag the ask tho, but you can find it by googling “treskift remus wig”.
And I stand by what I said then, if you want the perfect wig for your cosplay search for it on ebay and scroll scroll scroll though hundreds of pages until you find just *the one*. Because that’s how it’s really done, and you may even find a wig you think is more fitting than the one I have!
I deliberately chose a darker one than I would have preferred for Remus because I have black eye brows. A lighter wig would have looked weird on me, but maybe not on you!
What I’m trying to say is when cosplaying you should try and build the character from yourself. Find a wig that matches your skin type and brows, wear clothes that actually fit your body rather than the character!
It gives a much better overall impression and it will be more comfortable, trust me^^

It seems I’ll be cosplaying Vivi again at Närcon.
Need to fix up my old cosplay first and style the base wig, but that’ll be the week before.

Ofc it wont look like this when I actually cosplay her, because I will give it over to Mattias who will cut it and curl it and style it and make it awesome. That’s what he does, after all.
I really like it! It’s so freaking light. Maybe this is what it feels like to have normal hair and not 20 times thicker than every one else?
And I’m thinking that I could probably do a pretty decent Ginny Weasly with this wig before Matti gets his hands on it… A badass book Ginny, you know. Although then I would keep my own brown eyes. Can you even see that I’m wearing blue circle lenses in this picture? They turn out more grey than blue on my eyes anyway.

It was way over my price range (as I’m utterly broke), but they offered to pay half as a late birthday gift and it will soon in a few weeks be mine~
I’m starting to feel better about this cosplay already!
And as my sister said when I expressed my worries earlier today;
There’s people out there that look a lot less like Scarlet Johansen than you do!
So I will listen to that! And stuff my bra, lol.
Also went though some trailers to find causal clothes for her, and found these!
